Pharmacist (Prior Authorization) - Remote

Job Title : Pharmacist II

Location : Remote

Contract Type : 6+ Month Contract (Potential to Extend)

Hours : M-F rotating weekends - 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM | 40 hours per week

Start date 12 / 10

Required Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted State of California Pharmacist License.
• 2–4 years of experience in prior authorization review.
• More than 1 year - Drug utilization review
• PharmD degree required.
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with claims processing systems or prior authorization interfaces preferred.
• Skills - Prior auth from pharmacy benefit manager, Utilization review of drugs, leadership skills
