• ASAP (ideally by 10 / 6) - dependent on credentialing

Assignment Details :

Shift Length : 10-hour days

Schedule : Full-time; daily shifts

Setting : 100% Outpatient

Privileges : Clinic-only

Practice Details :

Patient Volume : 20-24 patients / day

Procedures Required :

Emergent pain management

Suturing / suture removal

Treatment of GI and upper respiratory conditions

EMR : Epic (must be a proficient user)

Provider Requirements :

Specialty : Primary Care or Urgent Care (Priority given to experienced providers)

License : Active Oregon license required

Certifications : BLS, ACLS - Required
