• Join a physician-led multi-specialty group
• Traditional Pediatric practice Outpatient / Inpatient
• Call is 1 : 4 to 5
• Level II Nursery
• Average clinic patients 16-22
• Low inpatient census limited to kids needing fluids or antibiotics
• Transfers sent to Milwaukee, Madison, or Rockford
