Role : Conversational AI Integration (Technical Lead)

Location : Charlotte, NC & 2nd option is St. Louis, MO (Onsite from Day 1)

Job Description :

• Minimum 3+ years relevant technical work experience, at least developing and implementing Conversational AI.
• Knowledge on KORE AI is plus but will explore other options.
• Recent experience with Conversational AI projects and KoreAI (optional).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy conversational AI applications using Kore AI, across IVR, chat, and voice platforms .
• Intent identification and LLM development.
• Strong expertise in developing conversational AI applications (chatbots, IVR systems, virtual assistants).
• Proficiency in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and external services.
• Knowledge of web services, data retrieval, and integrations.
• Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms, frameworks, and tools .
• Build and refine chatbots, virtual assistants, and IVR systems that provide intuitive and effective user interactions.
• Work with Generative AI models and fine-tune LLM-based conversations for high-quality, context-aware interactions.
• Develop and optimize natural language understanding (NLU) and processing (NLP) models to improve accuracy and user intent identification.
