Job Description

Overview :

Maintain the appearance and cleanliness of all areas within Sheetz Bros. Kitchen.

Responsibilities :

• Common Areas – Clean and sanitize common areas.
• Bakery Cleaning – Clean and sanitize bakery areas.
• COP Tank – Clean processing aids and tools using the COP tank.
• RTE Production Lines – Clean and sanitize assembly and filling lines.
• Fryer Filtering – Filter fryer.
• Fryer Boilout – Boil out the fryer.
• Production areas – Clean all production areas and structures (walls, ceilings, floors, pillars, vents, lights, etc.)
