Description : Department : Service
Functions : Responsible for submission and collection of warranty claims.
Relationships : Reports to Manager

Able to read and comprehend technical instructions and information. Some knowledge of automotive parts. Two years’ experience in a general office position. Able to use computer, ten-key, microfiche machines. Able to read vendor catalogs. Able to communicate orally and in writing. Good phone communication skills. Professional appearance and manner.
Working Conditions :
Work is performed at a desk in an office setting in the service department. Will be exposed to noise, heat, cold, vibration, dust, exhaust, fumes, and other hazardous and nonhazardous materials. If filling in for cashier, will work at cashier’s window with cash register, computer and adding machine.
