Kindergarten Teacher

The Wilson School District is looking for highly qualified and certified  1st Grade Teacher  to teach for the  upcoming   2025-2026  school year. College graduates, Student Teachers and Teacher Interns are always encouraged to apply.  We offer a competitive hiring salary.

Our hiring salary is  $57,500.00  to  $58,500.00  per year. Classroom Site Fund / Prop 301   ( $7,000 is included in the salary), up to 10 years of Teacher experience.  Teachers with the following education level can earn the additional salary : BA+15hrs ($1,140), BA+30 ($2,280), BA+45 / MA ($3,420).    Other possible payment (if eligible)  $3,000 for National Board-Certified Teacher, $1,500 for BLE, $1,000 for ESL, $500 for Prov ESL.   Performance Pay up to $3,000.00.

We also offer a stipend for hard to fill Teach positions :   $2,000 Special Ed Teacher, $1,500 Math Teacher, $1,500 Science Teacher, and $1,000 Speech / Language Arts Teacher ( Teachers will be eligible for one hard to fill stipend ).
