Position Overview :

As an active member of the interdisciplinary care team, the traveler contributes professional clinical knowledge and skills in the provision, coordination, and management of patient care. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses to support patient care needs.

Local Traveler Policy :

Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility are accepted at a 10% reduced bill rate.

Facility & Contract Details :

NBO : 16 hours

EMR : EPIC

Overtime / Holiday Multiplier : 1.15x

Call Back : 1.5x multiplier (2-hour minimum)

On Call : $9 / hour

Charge / Preceptor : $6 / hour

Billable Overtime :

36–40 hours / week : OT billable after 40

48 hours / week : OT billable after 48

Holiday Policy (2025) :

Winter Holidays : Travelers are required to work 2 of 3 major holidays — Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year’s.

Time-Off Restrictions : Only one day off may be requested between 11 / 26 / 25–11 / 30 / 25 and 12 / 23 / 25–1 / 2 / 26, regardless of which holidays are worked.
