We are seeking a Registered Nurse RN to join our team! You will be responsible for the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of assigned patients.
Responsibilities :
- Assessment and Monitoring : Regularly assessing residents' health status, identifying changes, and reporting them to the appropriate medical staff.
- Care Plan Implementation : Following and implementing established care plans, developed in collaboration with the resident, the nursing home's medical team, and the agency RN.
- Communication & Collaboration : Maintaining effective communication with residents and their families, the nursing home's staff, and physicians to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Documentation : Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation of resident care, medications administered, and any observed changes in condition.
- Emergency Response : Responding to emergency situations and providing immediate medical treatment as needed.
- Supervision : In some cases, agency RNs may be responsible for supervising and delegating tasks to Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) CNAs and GNAs.
