Housekeeper

As a Housekeeper, you'll play a key role in delivering a spotless, home-away-from-home experience for our guests by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service in guest rooms and suites. Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and furnishings to brand standards

• Replenish linens, amenities, and supplies

• Make beds, change linens, and vacuum floors

• Maintain organized and stocked carts and storage areas

• Report maintenance needs and lost items

• Communicate room status and guest feedback to supervisors

• Provide friendly, professional service to all guests

• Follow safety and cleaning protocols, including use of chemicals

Qualifications:

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred

• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, reaching)

• Comfortable working with cleaning agents and equipment

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
