Key Responsibilities
Interact with owners and guests to provide solutions for booking and account-related needs
Advise customers on processes and policies related to cancellations, guest reviews, and damage protection
Support owners and service partner requests, including booking adjustments and account updates
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in a customer service role with a proven track record of goal achievement
Experience working in Salesforce preferred
Ability to work in a remote environment and manage time effectively
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Willingness to work assigned schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
