A company is looking for an Associate General Counsel, Commercial Transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a legal advisor to Strategic Sourcing on contractual and risk considerations
Draft, review, negotiate, and interpret complex commercial agreements
Identify and manage legal risks related to procurement activities and support sourcing initiatives
Required Qualifications
J.D. degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
8-10 years of legal practice with substantial experience in commercial contracts
Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements with minimal supervision
Proven ability to manage multiple high priority matters and deliver pragmatic legal solutions
