Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Producer located in San Diego, CA, with some work-from-home options available. The Producer will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, maintaining and servicing existing client accounts, developing insurance proposals, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks also include assessing clients\' insurance needs, providing policy recommendations, and staying updated with industry trends and regulations. Ownership shares available once you have sold and maintained a book of $750,000 in revenue.
