In this role, you will offer primary care services, manage chronic diseases, and advocate for health and wellness at an outpatient clinic. • Smaller patient panel (less than half the traditional PCP panel size)
• Focus on outcomes, NOT production

• $235,000 - $295,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience) plus a quality bonus
