Summary : Lead the Marketing and Leasing program in accordance with the standards outlined by management. Work closely with The General Manager to set leasing goals, develop strategic plans and execute achieving budgeted occupancy.

- Weekend availability

Role & Responsibilities :
Maintain an excellent customer service relationshipAdhere to SQ StandardsSupervise the Leasing team, ensuring requirements are met as outlinedAssign Leasing work schedules on a monthly basisSupervise the planning, preparation, and implementation of lease up events, renewal parties, property events, and competitions as approved by the General ManagerWork with the General Manager to assist on-site staff in building relationships with external customersImplement and execute marketing efforts including; but, not limited to a marketing calendar. Follow progress, providing support as neededMonitor leasing / renewal progress focusing on areas needing additional support / trainingAssist with developing annual Marketing Plans and Marketing BudgetsAssist with the development and implementation of Resident Programs / Retention Train on-site staff in all areas of leasing / marketing as well as customer service.Assist with recruiting and interviewing efforts of all Leasing team membersRespond to internet leads, answer prospect calls, and conduct property tours following the guidelines outlined in the secret shop forms as well as training materialsDirect and execute effective follow-up through ownership of the follow-up standard Utilize established sales and marketing strategies to increase property traffic, maintain closing ratios, and achieve budgeted occupancyMaintain thorough product knowledge of the property and competitionThoroughly complete market surveys and leasing reports as required on timeCollect deposits and / or fees associated with move-in / leasingAccurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all lease-related paperwork Maintain accurate prospect traffic and leasing data, and assist with other computer data entry as necessaryInspect units on a quarterly basis as well as prior to move-inAudit all lease files as needed to ensure adherence to standardsAssist in all move-out and move-in eventsWrite up service requests from residents upon receiptContribute to the general upkeep and cleaning of the office, common areas, model and tour pathPerform various administrative tasks and additional as needed or as directed by the General ManagerAdditional responsibilities as requiredQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent preferredMust be able to pass a background checkAbility to read and write English fluentlyAbility to perform basic to intermediate mathPrevious experience with property management software such as Entrata preferred.Computer literacy required1 year of Property Management experience requiredAbout Us :
