HVAC Mechanic - Licensed Lead

Tessera is seeking a dedicated, highly skilled, and solution-driven HVAC Mechanic Lead to support critical operations at Naval Base Kitsap, Bangor. This role calls for a professional who takes pride in precision work, thrives on complex problem-solving, and consistently upholds the highest standards of safety and quality. As a trusted technical expert, you'll lead field execution of advanced HVAC / R tasks, perform detailed inspections, and share your knowledge to elevate team performance. Typical duties include but are not limited to :

• Install, diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems and components.
• Lead, train, and mentor HVAC technicians; assign tasks and review work.
• Ensure safety procedures and quality control standards are followed.
• Communicate with schedulers, coordinators, and customers regarding work status and repairs.
• Complete required documentation using handheld devices for timekeeping, materials, and reports.
• Assist with inspections and provide technical guidance and advanced troubleshooting.
