CNC / Waterjet / Pipe Cut Operator
For over 70 years Cascade Pump has been a leading manufacturer of large industrial water pumps. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill our CNC MACHINIST position. Duties and Responsibilities
- Operates the waterjet table per engineers drawing specifications
- Cuts various thickness and types of plate 836, 316, aluminum
- Cut various types and sizes (6 to 48 inch) of pipe to a specific print using a plasma machine
- Drill / Debur / Tap Holes / layout according to print or drawing
- Load / Unload various materials onto and from the waterjet / kitting according to the job card
- Rip cutting skeleton into small manageable pieces to dump
- Use a Band Saw to cut smaller pipes to various dimensions
- Promote and practice Quality Awareness and Quality Culture within the Machine department.
