As our Communication Designer , you’ll own and evolve our visual communications across channels—bringing clarity, consistency, and craft to every touchpoint. You’ll drive high-quality execution and operational excellence while staying hands-on—shipping campaign assets, motion, and web / lifecycle design that move the needle. You’ll need to be based in Europe and you’ll be part of our distributed Design team.

What You’ll Do

Brand Systems and Design Operations

• Build and evolve scalable brand systems (foundations, components, templates) that ensure consistency across markets and channels.
• Maintain shared Figma libraries (components, tokens), establish usage guidance in FigJam / Confluence, and track work in Jira.
• Create clear processes for briefs, reviews, versioning, and asset governance to improve quality and speed.
