Position Summary : Altamira is seeking qualified candidates to fill our Mission Manager Senior Mentor positions in Augusta, GA. The Mission Manager Senior Mentor possesses certified skill-sets in multiple specialized, technical capabilities that will contribute direct operational and training support for a 24 / 7, 365-day workforce.
Position Description : The Mission Manager Senior Mentor will provide on-site, real-time mentoring support, develop working aids, maintain qualification records for geolocation operator proficiency improvement, develop course curriculum and training references; provide advice for job qualification standards; maintain currency by supporting real-world SIGINT operations; and instruct platform-training courses in the area of mission management. This position may require the assignment to work rotating shifts.
Required Qualifications : The Mission Manager Senior Mentor will possess the following capabilities :
- Five (5) years of operation and / or instruction experience within the last seven (7) years producing multi-mode precision geolocation solutions
- Current or previous experience and instructor certification in one or more relevant geolocation technologies
- Clearance Required : TS / SCI w / Polygraph
