Sales Representatives for Total Wireless by Verizon

Responsibilities

Greet customers, identify their needs, and recommend suitable wireless plans and devices

Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after sales

Set up new activations, upgrades, and bill payments in store

Maintain product knowledge of Total Wireless and Verizon plans, promotions, and devices

Assist with merchandising, inventory, and daily store operations

Meet or exceed individual and team sales goals

Requirements

Bilingual : Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin and / or Cantonese)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Sales or retail experience preferred but not required – we provide full training

Positive attitude, reliable, and eager to learn

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
