Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Business Development
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Sales to develop and execute a sales plan to meet revenue and profitability targets in the B2B market.
 - Identify and pursue new business opportunities with property managers, general contractors, government agencies, industrial facilities, and large commercial clients. Usually best accomplished when new bids present opportunities to get onsite to meet face-to-face with the client to establish a relationship and rapport.
 - Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through networking, cold outreach, bid services, and referrals.
 - Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and professional associations.
 
Estimating, Proposals & Bidding
Conduct site visits to assess job requirements (terrain, access, specifications).Prepare and or work with your estimation team to prepare detailed estimates, takeoffs, and cost calculations for commercial fence installations (chain link, ornamental iron, wood, vinyl, security fencing).Draft and submit accurate bids and proposals in compliance with RFPs, specs, and contract requirements.Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and project scope with clients.Customer Relationship Management
Maintain proper communication with Project Managers and customer contacts to ensure customer satisfaction and project accuracy.Maintain ongoing relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns promptly and professionally.Develop account plans for key customers and strategic accounts - inclusive of projects completed, proposed, and future projects with applicable scopes. Also includes key activities that reinforce the relationship - drop-in visits, appreciation events, and educational sessions.Project Handoff & Collaboration
Coordinate with Operations / Project Management to ensure smooth handoff after contract signing.Monitor project progress periodically to ensure client expectations are met.Primary Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the commercial sales team as needed.Maintain consistent communication with the sales team regarding quotes and project progress.Pull together material details and information from plans and sales team members.Utilize construction drawings and product knowledge to create accurate and detailed commercial fence quotes and or material lists.Secondary Responsibilities :
Seek feedback from the sales team and manager to improve performance continuously.Clearly communicate with other team members about the timeline and expectations.Qualifications :
Ability to maintain focus and minimize distractions from personal devices and non-work technology.Exceptional work ethic and time management skills.High school diploma or equivalent.Professional customer-facing etiquette.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.A positive attitude and genuine care for all people.
