A government client of ours is seeking multiple Data Enty Operators to join their dynamic team.
Typical assignments include the following but not limited to:
• Organize, triage, and process incoming mail.
• Preparation of scanned materials, such as removal of staples, paperclips, and other binding mechanisms, to permit bulk scanning of documents and mail.
• Receive and open mail daily, and scan documents into Pardon's case management system.
• Digitize incoming physical correspondence using standard scanning hardware.
• Transmit incoming physical correspondence via electronic mechanisms to shared file storage.
• Often works with minimal supervision.
• Reports to Project Manager or Lead Project Manager.
In addition to the above-mentioned tasks, one may also perform the following:
May be required to record file-level information and physical attachment information during the scanning process. Maintains scanning and task logs.
The duties shown above may be performed as single functions or in combination with one another. One is expected to perform Scanner Operator duties as defined by the contract.
Basic Qualifications:
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• One year experience working with image scanning and conversion equipment, including hands-on experience with the specific equipment being used.
• Attention to detail extremely important.
• Ability to consistently deliver highest quality work under extreme pressure will be very important.
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a Government and/or Litigation Support environment in conjunction with basic qualifications, preferred.
• Current or active clearance.
• Undergraduate degree.
