Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An exciting opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to support K-12 students within a school setting in San Andreas, CA. This contract position offers the chance to apply your expertise in behavior analysis to foster positive educational outcomes and help students achieve their full potential.

Responsibilities include :

• Designing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and functional behavior assessments
• Collaborating with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to support student success
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of behavioral programming and making adjustments as needed
• Providing training and guidance to school personnel on behavior management strategies
• Communicating regularly with families to support consistency and generalization of skills
