The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to the deliverable specifications outlined in the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) for projects 6.08 CCM System Investments and 8.02 Provider Oversight. Devise, direct, refine, finalize, and manage developed ARPA project plans where primary management responsibilities include overseeing project scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
