Responsibilities
- Process customer account and policy changes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Confirm and update customer contact details during each interaction to maintain accurate records.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
- Schedule appointments or follow-ups for management or sales staff as needed.
- Handle service, sales, and cancellation requests within designated response timeframes.
Requirements
