Responsibilities
Looking to lead with impact? ECS is hiring a Managing Principal to oversee our geotechnical engineering and construction materials testing (CMT) operations across the Denver region. This is a senior leadership role with full P&L accountability and a mandate to drive growth, mentor future leaders, and deepen our technical footprint in a highly visible market.
We're looking for a strategist and a builder-someone who leads from the front, invests in people, and knows how to grow a technical practice without losing sight of quality, culture, or client service.
What You'll Do :

","469777815" : "multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="1" data-aria-level="1">B.S. or M.S. in Civil Engineering (geotechnical emphasis preferred) from an ABET-accredited university.
","469777815" : "multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="2" data-aria-level="1">12+ years of civil or geotechnical engineering experience, including team and business management.
","469777815" : "multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="3" data-aria-level="1">Professional Engineer (PE) license, or the ability to obtain one in Colorado within 3 months of hire.
","469777815" : "multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="4" data-aria-level="1">Proven leadership in operational oversight, staff development, and client engagement.
","469777815" : "multilevel"}" data-aria-posinset="5" data-aria-level="1">Deep technical knowledge in geotechnical engineering, including subsurface investigations, foundation systems, and soil-structure interaction.

The final agreed-upon compensation will be determined based on specific location and other individual qualifications.
