Summary

The Strategy team plays a critical leadership role in advancing the organizations goals. The Strategic Project Manager within the Strategic Portfolio Management is responsible for leading the execution of high-impact projects and programs that drive organizational success. This position is responsible for the coordination and implementation of new projects and processes that align with enterprise strategy.

Duties of the Strategic Project Manager will include a full range of strategic and operational processes that support and contribute to discovery, planning, oversight, and evaluation of a project. This role partners with executive leadership, system-wide stakeholders, and service line leaders to drive strategic alignment, translate high-priority initiatives into execution, and optimize enterprise-wide project performance.

The Strategic Project Manager will implement and track processes through project execution to ensure services and programs are implemented within timeline, budget, and with consideration towards key performance indicators and goals. This position requires strong stakeholder navigation, data analysis, preparation of confidential reports and letters, financial data analysis, customer relations, and project coordination.

Requirements

Education : Bachelors degree required

Experience : 3+ years in project management, preferably within healthcare or similarly complex environments.

Certification : PMP certification preferred.
