Job descriptionWork Dates Needed : As soon as credentialed; lasting through Sept 30, 2026 Preferred Schedule : 8am to 4 : 30pm. No weekends / OT / Holidays / Call. 5 days per week (8 hrs / day) or 4 days per week (10 hrs / day) Worksite Setting : Outpatient Clinic Scope of Work : Examine, diagnose and develop treatment plans and recommendations. Proficient in EHR. Complete all admin paperwork w / n 24-hrs of patient visit. Approx. 16 patients in an 8-hour day. 45 mins for new patients. 30 mins for existing patients Licenses, Certifications, Requirements : BC / BE, Active Medical License and DEA (any state), BLS, ACLS, Current immunizations to include flu and PPD. Security clearance. EMR : RPMS
