The College of Music at Florida State University is the largest university-based music program in the Southeast and one of the largest in the nation. Responsibilities

• Teach undergraduate and graduate music theory courses from among current offerings and / or in the candidate’s area of expertise.
• Maintain an active agenda of research and publication in the field of music theory.
• Participate in university and professional service activities, including service on committees, student recruitment and advising, and administration of area exams. Participate in professional service activities nationally and internationally as appropriate.
