Senior Director of Strategic Finance

We are assisting our client, a subscription-based CPG company, in hiring a Senior Director of Strategic Finance.

Job Responsibilities include :

• Lead the company’s strategic financial planning process, including annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range plans.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models guiding decision-making on growth initiatives, pricing, retention, and customer acquisition.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations to align business objectives and financial outcomes.
• Build frameworks for evaluating investments, product launches, and strategic initiatives.
• Deliver proactive insights on key performance drivers and unit economics.
• Introduce agentic AI tools and automation to enhance forecasting accuracy, scenario modeling, and strategic decision support.
• Identify technology solutions that improve efficiency and enable real-time decision-making.
• Prepare executive-level analyses and presentations for the CFO, CEO, and Board.
• Serve as a strategic advisor on capital allocation and growth strategy.
• Mentor and develop a small Strategic Finance team (currently one Manager).

The role has a Mon - Thurs on-site schedule in the West Hollywood area, and can pay up to $225K Base + Bonus + Equity.
