Mason Franciscan Health , a part of the Pacific Northwest Division

of CommonSpirit, is actively seeking a highly motivated and skilled

Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join our esteemed

team in Silverdale, WA.

We are seeking a Full

Time Urologist to join an existing practice based at St. Michael

Medical Center in Silverdale, WA. St. Michael’s is a 386 bed, Level

III trauma center located in Silverdale, WA. SMMC’s new campus

opened in 2020 and features state of the art technology and

ecological design. There are robots on site for cases if needed.

Applicants should be interested in a wide variety of general

urology cases and doing clinic, rounding, and OR. Fellowship

training is welcome. The call schedule is 1 : 7. Candidates should be

collegial team players with good patient and customer service

skills.

In this role

you will be part of a high energy, hardworking, tight knit team

that creates a supportive and fun work environment. The position is

located at St. Michael Medical Center in Kitsap County. It is on

the Peninsula where you'll be surrounded by water in every

direction, mountains, beautiful landscapes, and fresh air! This is

a great place to visit or live for those outdoor enthusiasts. Lots

of outdoor activities that include hiking, biking, kayaking, and

whale watching! The hospital is on a beautiful campus built in 2020

with plans to expand this year. There are views of the Olympic

mountains to the west and nearby walking & hiking trails. If

you prefer to venture off into the city on your days off Seattle is

just a ferry ride away

Competitive compensation model and comprehensive benefits which

include health, dental, vision, full malpractice coverage, CME,

vacation and sick time, and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer

match. Relocation Assistance and Starting Bonus are available.

Compensation

range of $461,435 - $680,572 is a reasonable estimate that extends

from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith

believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the

circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately

pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Medical Degree

Board Certification / Board Eligible Urology

NPI, Washington State Medical License, and

DEA in good standing with no restrictions
