About The Position

Job Title : Cath Lab Technologist

Hours per Shift : 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM

Experience : Minimum 3 years

License : Louisiana State Rad Tech License & ARRT Registry or RCIS certification (Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist)

Certifications : RCIS certification

Must-Have :

• Cath Lab experience
• Availability for on-call duty every other week, with a requirement to respond within 30 minutes
• Willingness to assist in training new staff

Description :

Candidates must possess either a Louisiana State Rad Tech License and ARRT Registry with Cath Lab experience or an RCIS certification.

The shift is Monday to Friday from 6 : 00 AM to 2 : 30 PM.

On-call duty is required every other week, with a response time of within 30 minutes.

The role involves performing heart catheterizations, peripheral cases, temporary pacemakers, and balloon pump procedures.

The candidate must be willing to help train new staff.

Holiday coverage is required.

The facility does not accept travel staff who permanently reside within a 50-mile radius.
