Responsibilities for the Commercial HVAC Installer :

  • Install, connect, and test various HVAC components, such as air handlers, ductwork, piping, thermostats, and ventilation systems in commercial buildings.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate installation.
  • Collaborate with other tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, etc.) for seamless project coordination.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including installation reports and checklists.
  • Maintain accurate records of materials used and work performed.
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies.

    • Requirements for the Commercial HVAC Installer :

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience installing commercial HVAC systems.
  • Associate degree (A.A.) or technical certification is a plus, but not required.
  • Unwavering commitment to quality workmanship and getting it right the first time.
  • Passion for continuous learning and growth within the HVAC trade.
  • Valid and current driver's license with an insurable driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check.
  • Proficiency with technology and excellent communication skills.
