Position Details
- Position Type : Full-time & Part-time available
- Schedule : MondayFriday
- Settings : Center-based (up to age 14) & Community-based (up to age 21)
- Starting Pay : New competitive 2024 rates
- Training Provided : Hybrid onboarding and training to become a nationally certifiedRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT)

As aBehavioral Health Technician (BHT), you will provide direct 1 : 1 behavioral support to children and adolescents in a variety of therapeutic environments. Under the guidance of a licensed supervisor, you will :
Implement behavior treatment plans and interventionsProvide positive reinforcement and skill-building supportModel behavioral strategies for families and caregiversCollect and document data accuratelyAttend required trainings and clinical supervisionsKey Responsibilities
Deliver behavioral interventions to children up to age 21Promote social skills, communication, and emotional regulationMaintain professional boundaries and ethical standardsTransfer therapeutic skills to caregiversAssist in assessments and treatment planningMaintain organized workspaces and assist with center-based needs (e.g., bathroom support if needed)Qualifications
Required Education & Experience :
High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)Associates Degree in Human ServicesOR60+ credits toward a Bachelor's in Human ServicesBachelor's in Human Services (no experience required)Experience working with children (Preferred)ABA experience (Preferred, but not required we will train!)Required Documentation :
Valid Drivers LicenseCompletion of required clearances (upon offer)Key Competencies
