Semi-monthly salary is $3,400.55.

Northwest Community Services is recruiting for a Registered Nurse, to be a part of a highly effective team that supports over 500 employees, that makes a difference in the lives of adults with developmental disabilities. NWCS is a state operated program within the Department of Mental Health and supports 130+ individuals receiving 24 / 7 residential services in their own homes across four counties. This position will be domiciled in Higginsville.

The Registered Nurse must be detailed orientated, work well with others, have good time management skills, possess leadership skills, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Excel and other computer programs and willing to travel.

Responsibilities

This position will oversee nursing practices in the Higginsville, Warrensburg, and Independence areas. Will supervise LPNs and be in a rotation on on-call.

Schedule

Work schedule will be 8 : 00 am – 4 : 30 pm with Saturdays and Sundays as days off, rotating on call

Minimum Qualifications

• A valid driver's license
• GED / HS Diploma
• Possession of a current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Missouri or in accordance with Missouri's Nurse Licensure Compact.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
