Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm

Must Haves :

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in Florida (practice will sponsor additional state licenses as needed)
• Several years of clinical experience (preferably in primary care or specialty care)
• Experience in a start-up or entrepreneurial environment
• Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing situations
• Understands concierge medicine principles (low-volume, high-touch care)
• Ability to manage a small patient panel (approx. 10 patients per month)
• Proficiency with Athena EMR

A healthcare client in the South Florida area is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join their private concierge medical practice. They will be providing personalized, high-touch care to a small panel of approximately 10 patients per month, focusing on preventive medicine, wellness, and specialty coordination. You’ll work in a dynamic, start-up environment where adaptability and comfort with ambiguity are key. Responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, managing diagnostic imaging and testing, and collaborating on care plans that may involve cardiology or dermatology. The ideal candidate understands concierge medicine, thrives in a low-volume, high-service setting, and is proficient with Athena EMR. This position requires an active Florida NP license, with support for obtaining additional state licenses as needed.
