WHAT YOU'LL DO

As an HR Coordinator, you’ll provide administrative support for our HR operations. In this role, you will :

• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training processes.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Respond to employee inquiries.
• Assist with performance management and employee relations activities.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
