As a Sales Representative, you will manage your territory of salons, wholesalers, and retailers, achieving sales budgets, S.O.W., and NCA objectives, while supporting broader state initiatives. What you´ll do
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all accounts in your territory.
- Drive new business by identifying and engaging potential salon partners to grow market share.
- Maintain a rolling target list of potential new accounts (NCA) and track progress regularly.
- Monitor KPIs using ANZ-DSR and review performance with the Regional Sales Area Manager.
- Develop customer activity plans and conduct regular business reviews to drive growth and S.O.W. implementation.
- Ensure in-salon and retailer marketing, merchandising, and promotional materials are effectively utilized.
- Collaborate with the education team to deliver in-salon training and external seminars.
- Analyze sales patterns and client growth to implement strategies and optimize account performance.
