This role provides predictable lanes, steady weekly mileage, and consistent multi‑state work servicing customer distribution points in Washington, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, California, and Montana.
Route & schedule : Multi‑stop route averaging 18 stops per week . Typical pattern : out approximately 2 weeks , home about 2 days . Estimated weekly mileage : ~2,150 miles .
Freight & operations : Dedicated dry‑van deliveries. Primary unload method : hand‑unload with rollers ; occasional use of a pallet jack to move loads to the rear of the trailer when requested by the customer.
Equipment : Late‑model sleeper tractors with automatic transmissions. Drivers may be permitted to take assigned trucks home when safe, secure parking is available.
Compensation & incentives : Base pay $0.63–$0.71 per mile (dependent on experience). Stop pay : $20 per stop (average 18 stops per week). Detention pay : $20 per hour after 2 hours , up to 10 hours. Additional safe and on‑time performance bonuses and other incentive opportunities where applicable.
