• 7 am - 7 pm day shifts and 7 pm - 7 am night shifts
• 10 - 12 patients per day including ICU rounds
• Open ICU with critical care physician coverage 10 days monthly
• Telehealth ICU support available when needed
• Non-invasive ventilation management required
• Code response support ED primary with hospitalist backup
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
