Data Integrity Specialist

A company is looking for a HIM Data Integrity Specialist - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data in the Master Patient Index (MPI) across the health system

Oversee the chart correction process and resolve electronic medical record errors

Conduct audits and prepare reports on scanning operations and compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred

Certification such as RHIA, RHIT, or from AHIMA, AAPC, AAHAM, NAHRI preferred

3 or more years of experience in Health Information Management (HIM) and EMPI preferred

Experience with Cerner Suite EHR preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and knowledge of Tableau Reporting dashboards preferred
