The Oracle HCM Implementation Consultant helps plan, pursue, deliver and manage large, complex full lifecycle initiatives with experience in leading practices, methods, and resources in HCM applications and technology. Our HCM group supports design, configuration and implementation of HCM application solutions to enable clients to run their business.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Translating complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications
• Configuring and implementing solutions that align with business needs
• Identifying opportunities for service expansion and contributing to sales through RFP responses
• Travel regularly and lead project streams while actively engaging with clients
