Senior Staff Engineer, Privacy

A company is looking for a Senior Staff Engineer, Ads Privacy.

Key Responsibilities :

Audit the current state of privacy in Ads and architect solutions for critical initiatives

Lead large cross-functional projects from concept to rollout, ensuring quality and performance

Build a privacy platform for scalable and auditable data access across Ads teams

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar STEM field, or equivalent experience

8+ years of software engineering experience

Deep familiarity with Ads privacy challenges and experience delivering high Ads performance in line with privacy needs

Experience coordinating large-scale, cross-functional efforts and driving alignment between diverse stakeholders

Experience leading strategic implementation and planning for risk and growth
