Position Summary
Cerebrum Mindsight is seeking a Part-Time Medical Director to provide strategic medical oversight and clinical leadership for its behavioral health and addiction treatment programs. This hybrid remote position offers flexibility while maintaining active engagement in clinical operations, quality improvement, and interdisciplinary collaboration. The Medical Director ensures medical services are delivered safely, ethically, and in full compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Applicant must be a licensed Medical Doctor (MD or DO) or an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a collaborative agreement in the State of Indiana.

Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD or DO) or Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) with a current, unrestricted Indiana medical license (APRN applicants must hold a valid collaborative agreement). Board Certification in Psychiatry, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related specialty preferred. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in behavioral health, addiction medicine, or integrated care. Demonstrated ability to lead and advise within a multidisciplinary treatment environment. Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms. Strong communication, collaboration, and ethical decision-making skills. Commitment to providing trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and evidence-based care consistent with DMHA and accreditation standards.
