Job Summary

Levy at The University of Oklahoma is looking to hire a Concessions Manager who will assist in leading concession operations, manage staff, oversee inventory controls, and ensure high-quality service during events. This role will drive operational excellence and help deliver unforgettable experiences to guests!

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day concession operations
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and team training
• Monitor inventory levels and conduct monthly counts
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments
• Maintain high guest service standards at all locations
