Job Summary

Perform general maintenance and repairs for assigned buildings and property.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform general entry, light masonry work, landscaping to include snow removal, possible appliance repairs and flooring.
  • Ensuring a clean and safe work environment.
  • Handling tasks related to plumbing, electrical, or carpentry.
  • Troubleshoots issues to determine necessary repairs.
  • Use of variety of hand and power tools.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Knowledge of general carpentry and repair.
  • Ability to use hand and power tools.
  • May require on call duty, extended hours or weekend work.

    • Education and Experience :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year experience in maintenance in manufacturing.
