Job Description

Project Manager will be responsible for :

• Plan, manage, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects adhere to timelines and remain within budget constraints.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any potential issues proactively.
• Review and interpret construction plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Prepare and submit regular project status reports to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance project efficiency.
