Seeking a packaging specialist, ideally with Client packaging development and packaging specifications management experience. Candidate must reside within daily commuting distance to Golden Valley, MN. Personal or agency provided technology will be used for this position. By joining our team as a Packaging Development Specialist within the Central Pack team, you will primarily support our Snacks Operating Unit, working with well-known brands like Nature Valley, Betty Crocker Fruit Snacks, Chex Mix, and Pillsbury Mini Soft Baked Cookies. You will drive efficiency and innovation in our packaging processes by managing and executing a variety of projects, including new product launches, line extensions, and packaging improvements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Suppliers, Food Safety & Quality, and R&D) to launch new products and packaging solutions that drive business results.
