RN Nurse Manager Position Summary

We are seeking a RN Nurse Manager to join our team at BrightStar Care of Santa Barbara County and West Ventura County. In this pivotal role, you will assist with performance reviews, and trainings for per diem nurses, conduct patient assessments and reassessments, and ensure our operations meet the highest standards of care. Your clinical expertise and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining our commitment to excellence in care delivery and client satisfaction. This is a full-time position with responsibilities both in-office in Santa Barbara and in the field.
