Leave Share Specialist

RiVidium Inc. (dba TripleCyber) is seeking a Leave Share Specialist. Responsibilities include :

• Assemble and maintain recipient case files, ensuring confidentiality.
• Assist with validating eligibility for leave share programs.
• Review and verify medical documentation for leave requests.
• Determine start and end dates of leave periods.
• Process leave bank membership and non-membership donations.
• Maintain case files and prepare reports for DOC.
• Ensure proper recordkeeping and correspondence.
• Process donations and provide leave share program guidance.
• Track program participant and donor information.
• Escalate complex issues to HR Specialists.
• Provide input to status reports.
• Coordinate with outside agency POCs for leave donations.
• Issue standard notifications to recipients and donors.
• Conduct leave audits and assist with ensuring accuracy of leave balances.
